GasTankSize.com started from a simple annoyance: finding the fuel tank size of a car usually means digging through a PDF manual or a spec sheet buried three clicks deep, and the answer you finally get is often for the wrong trim.
So every model year here has its own page, with the rated tank size for each trim, the range those gallons give you on EPA mileage, and a quick way to work out what a fill-up will cost. There are 11,195 of those pages so far, covering 64 brands from the early 1990s to the latest models.
How we keep it useful
No reviews, no star ratings and no opinions about which car you should buy, just the numbers. When we don't have a figure for a trim, the page says so instead of filling the gap with an estimate. When trims use different tanks, we show every size instead of picking one.
The site is independent and isn't connected to any automaker or dealer. It's paid for by ads and by commissions on a few fuel accessories we link to on Amazon; neither affects the data.
